Sorry, i could not update this blog, off late, as i was busy in renovating the flat , in which we have shifted.
IN BETWEEN, i went through several useful information, which i wud wanna share with u, through this post.
FIRST INFORMATION , i am sharing with u, is sent to me by our sujeet. He wants to put before us, the correct way of exercising, which is offcourse a very vital part of exercising, i.e. to exercise correctly. we thank sujeet for this.
Glutes Stretch:
Lying on your back.
Bend the leg to be stretched towards your chest and hold onto the knee with both arms.
Pull your knee towards your chin keeping your head on the floor.
You should feel the stretching on the back of your thighs and buttock.
Hold for 15 sec. - relax.
Repeat _3__ times.
Repeat the other side as well.
Hamstrings Stretch:
Lying on your back.
Bend your knee to 110 degress.
Keep your head rested.
Make sure that you keep your neck and shoulder relaxed.
Try to straighten the knee.
You should feel the on back of your thigh.
Hold it for 15 secs.
Repeat 3 times.
Repeat the other side as well.

Flossing Exercise:
1. Sit on a chair with you back upright.
2. Try to lift one leg as it’s shown in the picture.
3. Try to take your foot and the head down at the same time.
4. Repeat 20-25 times.
5. Add a bit of slouching and repeat the same thing.
6. Once you get comfortable try to raise your leg up a bit.
Activation of Lower Back Muscles:
§ Lying on your back.
§ Keep your knees bent as it’s shown in the picture.
§ Try to keep your both the hands the behind the back.
§ Make sure that your shoulders are relaxed.
§ Try to push your back against the hand, which has kept behind the back.
§ You should feel that your lower back muscles are contracting.
§ Hold the contractions for 5 counts.
§ Breath normally.
§ Repeat 10 times.
Make sure that you are nit getting any pain in the lower back when you are doing this exerciseAbdominal Bracing:
- Lying on the back.
- Make sure that your shoulders are relaxed.
- Bend one knee.
- Keep one hand on the lower back (arch part).
- The other hand on top your tummy.
- Keep your fingers 2 cm away from the belly button; now tighten these muscles pushing those inwards.
- Make sure you are relaxed elsewhere.
- Make sure that you keep your back flat and tighten these tummy muscles simultaneously.
- You should feel the brace as a whole (tummy, lower back and on the sides also).
- Breath normally (by expanding your chest)
- Hold for 3 counts and relax.
- Repeat 5 times.
- As you get comfortable with the brace first try to increase the holding time gradually, then the repetitions.
Bracing with heel slides:
· As you hold the brace, try to straighten your bend leg with a count of 5 and relax.
· Now bend the other leg while keeping the brace to a count of 5 and relax.
Repeat this for 5-7 times Well
