TIPS TO HEALTH !

Nothing much to write about, not i am in position to sit steady for a while. So, once again i wud be using material provided by our JN friends to create this new post.

Minimum 40 Minutes of walk every day.

Avoid oil, Direct sugar as much as you can.

Take home made food as much as possible.

Definitely take one Gooseberry (Amla)in any form as the ingredients of this is preserved in any form.

SOME TIPS FOR LOSING WEIGHT ( losing weight is the key to fight almost all physical ailments )

1) Don't take rice , take only chapathi and fruits, avoid fat eatables,
2) finish dinner before 7 to 7:30 PM 
3)walk atleast daily 5 KM

It's nice that you are also taking the initiative in the area of health. For the benefit of our Mudraa members I am giving a link of a website which has benefitted me by loosing 4 kgs in first fortnight. I am practicing this method for last more than 2 months and eventhough weight may not reduce to the desired extent, but I am keeping very fit and fine with this method.

8.30 B/F ( IDLI/ DOSSA/ PAPAYA/ CHHAPATI+ SABJI/ CURD+RICE OMELETTE FULL STOMACH/ OVER EAT)
             HAVE 1/2 SLICE OF LEMON AND CHEW IT.
10.30 GREEN TEA 200ML W/O MILK
11.30  LEMON WATER 200X2 GLASS
13.30  1/2KGOR MORE  WATER MELON/ PAPAYA/ 6 BANANA'S / + BUTTER MILK 500ML
            HAVE 1/2 SLICE OF LEMON AND CHEW IT.
16HR  GREEN TEA 200 ML W/O MILK 
17.30  TEA WITH MILK AND SOME COOKIES 
18.30  GO FOR WALK / SWIMMING / CYCLING  ACTIVITY COMPULSORY 
20.30 DINNER  ( 30x2 ML HARD DRINK + OATS WITH 200ML OF MILK/ RICE+       SOUP(KANg) / KHICHDI / FRUIT SALAD +  ICE CREAM/ SEA FOOD.

Answer to your question on Health Losing weight or gaining weight. Human body works this way.
Every person requires a daliry calorie need to live. For example for a 5. 10 person who is 80 kg needs 2200 calories to live.
If this person eats more than 2200 calories he will gain weight (Fat), if he eats less calories then he will lose weight.
As per your request your firnds need to lose weight, he needs to do two things:
1. Eat good healthy nutritioes food which are very good and less in calories.
2. If possible do excersice.
Every 1kg of weight has 7000 calories in it, so if ur friend needs to lose 10kg, then he needs to lose 70000 calories.
For this 2 above steps need to be followed.
He dont need to go on any diet. but you need to keep an eye on what you are eating...
For example:
He needs to eat 6 small meals a day than 3 big meals: this will make sure he eats less and burn the food he eats than store as fat.
Every meal should contain - Protien , Carb, Fats - this is a balenced meal.
Protien SOurces - Egg whites (No yolk), Chicken, Fish, Beans and lentils
Good Carbs: BRown rice, Brown bread, Chapati, Ragi, Pasta, beans and lentils
FAts: Use a good oil for cooking, like saffola or any refained braneded.

She has given vry simple technic of weight reduction. Most important is that, with change
in DIET / additional exercise, one should not loose work ENERGY.

Many time I found people do dieting for weight reduction, and are non energetic. They quickly exaust. This book is for all working people,
who should loose weight but not ENERGY.
