HEALTH FOR ALL

WELL, to be precise.

I can do a lot, go to net, go to google & find out a lots of articles, to be posted on this blog. But, that wont solve the purpose of this blog. The purpose of this blog is to alert & regain our health, which is our god. All of u wont, deny, god is within us, & this body is a temple, so we shud all take care of this temple, which is such a beautiful creation of god himself.

I want all of u to CONTRIBUTE. Rather than collecting the articles from the net, i want remedies & precautions, on this blog from all of the experiences u all have. This article is just a remainder, of the suggestions, i have received from all of you.

1. KRG SAYS

I remember the small incident a couple of years ago. In a bylane of a small town, I was smoking and this lady comes to me and holds my hands and pleads me not to smoke. She said "hum logon ne isko jhel liya. humein maloom hain yeh kya karsakti hain". I threw the cigarette and moved away; it didnot make an impact at that time but I can now imagine the loss she must have had. Was it her husband? son? Do we need a health event for the truth to dawn!

As I celebrate the second month of smoke free life, here are coupleof links for any of my smoker friends out there... throw the sickrette.. and get well mamu.. If I can, you can...

2. CROREPATHI Tells us about TIBETAN yoga ( wud, add the details, as an article, sometime later. ).

It's form of yoga, basically 5 exercise should be done, each 21 times. It cleans all chakras(Means keeps all the glands healthy) which in turn keeps you healthy.
You can watch the videos on Youtube.
It's really effective and takes very little time.
when I post a link it's getting deleted, so I am unable to post link.
Prevention is better than cure

3.SHAJI says

Dear friends
Many of us who trade in stock market have stomach problems mainly because of stress and tension involved.Raw cabbage juice or even cabbage boiled water in empty stomach in the morning and before bed for one week will work wonders.Try this

4. KUMAR SAYS, ( hey kumar, hope u r reading this, please take time to contribute to the blog ).

use EUPHRASIA Eye drop 2-3 times & do blinking exercise in regular interwel of 2-3 hrs. ( for eyes )

V must do SURYANAMASKAAR, BHUJANG & SHALABH AASAN, these are best for back and avoid totally forward bending exercises. Always bend down by folding ur knees, not bending back. Have 2-3 dates (Khajoor) daily, best for strength of back.

5. GAGANDEEP SAYS

You could also do Netratarpan...Its Ayurvedic eye massage. Done once every 7-8 months has helped me be free of glasses.
best wishes

& i must admit, while writing this, i am not at comfort, i have not started going to my shop. I have started walking a bit, that too with hiccups, just 4 days ago.  EVEN THEN, I was compelled to write this.I am still under treatment & mind u, all the problems i had , was gift of sitting idly before PC, for continous hours. SO FRIENDS, KINDLY AWAKE, this is the time, BEFORE IT GETS TOO LATE.

HOPE TO CONTRIBUTE SIGNIFICANTLY, from march onwards.

TILL THEN GUYS, its ur blog, keep it alive.

let us get alarmed through this !

Dear friends

Thanks I lango sir, for taking command of this blog. I wud actually want i lango sir to take full command of this blog & obilige, by appointing a authority to take care of the design & other necessity of this blog, IF he himself is not comfortable to do the same due to his own personal & trading liabilities. I wud also request i lango sir to please find out a way, in which any jn members, gets able to post a health related article/information on the blog, without having password issued to him/without a possibility of blog being hacked.

DEAR FRIENDS

i again request all u people, this is not my personal blog. I didnt want even my enemy to go through all, which i am/have been suffering due to my ankylosing spondylitis. & i have always believed that there may be a different reason apart from trading for this disease to be aggrevated in my body BUT BUT BUT the basic reason for this disease to make way into my body initially is TENSION & INACTIVITY.

SO, it makes all of us vulnerable & susceptible easily to such kind of diseases, provided that we dont put our efforts against this. b coz, tension & inactivity is a compulsive part of our trading life.

I WUD NOT WANT ANY OF MY JN FRIEND TO BE ALARMED BY ANY SUCH SYMPTOM WHICH I FACED>

THAT S WHY I APPEAL all my FRIENDs, to kindly CONTRIBUTE IN THEIR OWN UNIQUE WAY, in which they have been contributing to the trading arena, to take care of our health issue.

TO START WITH , i am posting an article, which is being taken by following weblink, which is a part of JN blog roll.

How I Train: Fitness for the Everyperson

Post written by Leo Babauta.

I don’t train to lose weight or look good. I don’t train to beat anyone or impress anyone. I don’t train for bigger muscles or a six-pack.

I train because I love it. And because it’s my life.

As I said last week: I am in the best shape in my life. That’s not impressive — while I’m fitter than most of the population there are a ton of people who are way fitter than me. They can run faster and longer; lift more and do more intense workouts; ride and swim much much better; play any sport better than me.

But I’m pretty fit. I can run for a couple hours if I want or hike all day. I can do a reasonable amount of pushups and pullups. I can sprint and jump. Best of all: I can play with my kids and keep up with them and challenge them to keep up with me (I usually win).

I say this not to brag but only to show that it’s possible. Because just five years ago I was in terrible shape: I was 65 pounds heavier and couldn’t run for more than 10 minutes. I was a smoker and ate junk food and never exercised. The most activity I got was lifting a beer to my mouth or walking to the fridge.

I’ve turned it around — and if you too are a couch potato with more than a couple pounds to lose then so can you. I’m no superhuman — I’m a regular guy with a megaton of kids (6) and a wife. How did I do it? Read on. This is a brief guide not for those who want to walk exactly in my footsteps but for those looking for useful information. Get all the goodness »

Health in your Hands

Man has the natural tendency to run after material wealth sacrificing his health in the process; and at one point he starts to chase his health giving up his wealth. The degree of incidence may vary to person to person but the phenomenon continues barring the few disciplined individuals.
Every aspect of our life need to have a balance, be it the intake of food, acquiring of wealth, the interpersonal relationships, raising children, passion for our chosen profession. You just can not ignore one to the other.
Our friend Rochak Parekh has gone through a nightmarish experience and discovered the importance of good health as a vital part for our life's journey. One who has gone through such a hellish experience is wanting to share his feelings as well as to caution others to take this most important aspect of our life quite seriously. His thoughts and the resultant resolution to share his experiences and knowledge through this blog is highly commendable. It will be a good platform to share, pool in the resources of so many readers which can truly bring in sunshine into our lives forever.
My starting contribution in his new endeavour is to own this book:
Health In Your Hands : Acupressure and Natural Therapies (2 Vols.)
by Devendra Vora

My Late father-in-law was fond of giving it as gift to many of his friends and relatives.
Incidentally, one of our readers, Mr.Tushar Desai is quite enthusistic about contributions and I am giving a link provided by him and you can expect more from him in the coming days..
